Have you heard? Tacky is a disease and I have been suffering from it for a few years. It causes me to seek out items that look like a robot dinosaur and gay flamingo's lovechild. This lovechild (let's call him Heather) coughs rhinestones, sneezes studs and makes you look like an eccentric tool with obnoxious taste. Long live Heather.
