MBFWCT13 - Stefania Morland

I have to begin this by saying that I've really enjoyed the past Stefania Morland shows I've seen so I've always looked forward to her collections. Her previous offerings literally made me fall in love with fashion week. With the bar set so high, I can't say this year bowled me over.
There were Stefania's usual trademarks, her delicate bows fastening the backs of silk garments, luxe fabrics and a showstopping finale gown. Sheer elements and panels added interest to loosely fitting garments and there's an ease to her clothes that I enjoy but something missed the mark. Perhaps cohesion? Editing? I felt as if some pieces looked like they belonged in a different show. I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe the story just went over my head.
What do you guys think? Is this just a case of me expecting too much?
