It's my favourite time of year again and I want to celebrate with you. Netflix is giving away two tickets for one of my readers and a partner to attend the screening event of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in Johnannesburg on October 25th.
Yes! Netflix is remaking the cult classic show based on Archie Comic's much-loved teenage witch starring Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka as Sabrina Spellman. How perfect is the casting?! Here's what Netflix has to say about it.
"The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will be landing on the Netflix service on October 26th and it imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit."
