Been binge-watching American Horror Story and Toni & Guying my hair. I decided to try the New Wave Idol look then mussed it up and put a black hat on to witch it up. Time always seems to fly by but when December swarms in, you need a new year just to recover. Christmas nails, dangly earrings, dark eyes, black crystals, faded candyfloss hair and new boots. We're dropping vodka drinks and stealing new ones. Driving and looking at the lights. Meeting strangers who have all the same questions. Rushing to shows and buying cigarettes. I want to fall into the largest bed imaginable where slow-motion takes over the bounce and I'm moving only my sleepy eyes to take in the room. 

My apartment is a mess of spiders that I throw magazines at. I keep my curtains closed while I write, blacking out the sun. It's 5am and I'm awake again. Skin pale and eyes wide. I just can't think straight when I watch you move. My head is a mess and you're twirling the yarn. Tangled in every sense of the word. You still think I'm a witch and you hate my tarot cards. Ain't no need to cast a spell when you feel magic in your bones. Let the light in with me and give me your other hand, it's gonna be worth it in the end.
