Palm trees and pastels, today is going to be beautiful. I know this because I can feel it on my skin, I can taste it in every breath. There are butterflies outside and inside, and I feel as tall as the trees even if it's taken a while to grow. We will all have our day in the sun and no one can take that away from you. Wear the earrings that interfere when you air kiss, scratch with wild nails and know that one-uppers have no chance against skyscraper heels. Pretty with a punch, walking around Cape Town heaven. Nothing can stop a South African girl.
