Phyllis Nefler is the archetypal Bevery Hills Socialite so she's not taken seriously when she steps up to manage a Girl Scout troop of affluent California girls. Despite critics who poke fun at her outrageous fashion sense and different ideas about how to live in the wild of Beverly Hills, she perseveres while staying true to herself. Any fashion girl will love her exploits, such as binge drinking Evian and inventing her own Girl Scout patches to award the girls (shopping, jewelry appraisal and gardening with glamour). Phyllis has a heart of gold and a wardrobe packed with bold 80s garments. With memorable lines and colourful characters, this feel-good 80s flick is a fashion cult classic. It's one of my all-time favorites!
